Katie Attard

Our Founder

Katie began her career in startup operations management, where she quickly rose to become Head of Operations for a fast-growing Manufacturing startup in Vancouver, British Columbia. It was in the trenches of scaling that business that she discovered her strength—helping visionary founders turn their big ideas into reality through strong operational foundations.

As she worked closely with entrepreneurs, Katie saw a common thread: Founders have bold ideas, but without the right structure and support, those ideas often lose momentum.

She came to understand that growth doesn’t happen in isolation—execution is everything. In 2021, she launched her own consultancy with one mission in mind: to be the strategic partner Founders need to scale sustainably and confidently.

Since then, Katie has worked with clients across a wide range of industries and her passion lies in building alongside creative minds, offering not just operational expertise but genuine partnership. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every engagement, helping businesses lay the groundwork for long-term success—because she believes that behind every great idea is a team (and system) that knows how to bring it to life.

Katie has built her career in Operations, serving as a strategic right hand to Founders and Business Owners of small to medium-sized businesses and startups. Deeply invested in growth—through her work with Konduit and her own ventures—she brings a forward-thinking, hands-on approach to every project. Known for clarity and momentum, she thrives in fast-paced environments and sees initiatives through from start to finish. Her cross-industry experience spans healthcare, clinical ops, accounting, marketing, coaching, consulting, and real estate. Katie shows up as a true partner in growth, focused on execution, strategy, and long-term success.
